Job summary

Eneve seeks a Database Administrator in the Netherlands to own and optimize our SQL Server landscape, support the Oracle-to-SQL Server migration, and automate recurring tasks across the stack. You’ll collaborate with developers, DevOps, and business teams to raise performance, security, and availability.

Bring 5+ years of SQL Server experience, strong tuning and backup/recovery skills, and proficiency in scripting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft SQL Server administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning, security, backup & recovery.
• Experience with T-SQL and database optimization.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Azure SQL and Oracle experience are a plus.

About the Role

As a Database Administrator, you'll be one of two experts responsible for our database landscape. You'll manage, optimize, and secure our Microsoft SQL Server environment while helping shape its future architecture.

This is more than an operational DBA role. You'll contribute to our migration from Oracle to SQL Server, work with modern technologies, automate processes, and have the freedom to propose and implement your own ideas. Your expertise will directly influence how our platform evolves.
