Job summary

AppNava is seeking a Data Scientist to turn large-scale behavioral data into real business impact. You will build prediction and segmentation solutions using vast datasets.

You will own the model lifecycle from development to production, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success across global clients, and continually monitor model performance to drive measurable outcomes. Experience with transformer models and ML libraries is valued, as is ability to translate technical outputs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science or ML.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of ML, statistics, and feature engineering.
• Hands-on experience with transformer models and ML libraries.
• Experience with large and complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation and experimentation.
• Ability to connect technical outputs with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Build prediction and segmentation solutions using large-scale data.
• Address LTV, churn, purchase propensity and user engagement problems.
• Develop and experiment with transformer-based architectures and ML approaches.
• Take ownership of the full model lifecycle from development to production.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance and business impact.
