Job summary

AppNava is seeking a Data Scientist to turn large-scale behavioral data into real business impact. You will build prediction and segmentation solutions using vast datasets.

You will own the model lifecycle from development to production, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success across global clients, and continually monitor model performance to drive measurable outcomes. Experience with transformer models and ML libraries is valued, as is ability to translate technical outputs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science or ML.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of ML, statistics, and feature engineering.
• Hands-on experience with transformer models and ML libraries.
• Experience with large and complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation and experimentation.
• Ability to connect technical outputs with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills in English.

We’re looking for a Data Scientist who is excited about turning large-scale behavioral data into real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build prediction and segmentation solutions using large-scale behavioral and transactional data
• Work on LTV, churn, purchase propensity, and user engagement problems
• Develop and experiment with transformer-based architectures and other machine learning approaches
• Take ownership of the full model lifecycle, from development and validation to production
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver solutions for global clients
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance and business impact

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Solid understanding of machine learning, statistics, and feature engineering
• Hands-on experience with transformer models, various machine learning approaches, and relevant libraries
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Strong understanding of model evaluation and experimentation
• Ability to connect technical outputs with measurable business outcomes
• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience in mobile apps, gaming, AdTech, or MarTech
