Follo is building data infrastructures for a fast-moving agency across Europe. We design, build and maintain data pipelines and warehouses, optimizing cost and performance.

You will shape architecture and work with a small team that aims for durable, scalable solutions that withstand changing tooling. Join a small engineering team, own architectural decisions, and enjoy hybrid work with international remote options.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in production data engineering.
• Robust, production-ready code in Python and TypeScript.
• Strong SQL and BigQuery skills with complex queries.
• Experience with at least one DAG platform (Windmill, Airflow, Dagster, etc.).
• Knowledge of version control and CI/CD for data infra.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows that scale with many clients.
• Orchestrate data flows via DAG platforms and influence platform choices.
• Write maintainable code and ensure quality, uptime and reliability.
• Use LLMs in automated data processes as fixed steps in pipelines.
• Optimize cost through efficient BigQuery queries and prudent API use.
