Job summary

MCO Health BV, part of the Nestlé group, is seeking a Data Management Analyst for our Almere operations. This hands-on role focuses on delivering high-quality master data to support manufacturing and reporting across international teams.

You will work with SAP master data, Power BI dashboards, and data governance standards, collaborating with IT and Supply Chain to improve data quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience working with data in Operations, Supply Chain, IT, BI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of data management principles (quality, standards, validation, maintenance).
• Hands-on experience with SAP master or transactional data.
• Experience with Power BI and familiarity with data environments.
• Able to communicate data topics clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve the quality, structure and consistency of operational data.
• Support data governance rules within Operations.
• Perform data analysis, validation and reconciliation to support reporting.
• Work with SAP data structures and cross-system impacts.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain and other functions to maintain data.
• Identify data issues and propose incremental improvements to data processes.
