Rabobank is evolving its Enterprise Data Lineage Platform and seeks a Business Analyst passionate about data governance, stakeholder engagement and organisational change to drive this transformation.

As the bridge between business ambition and delivery, you will work with various stakeholders to translate needs into solutions, increase adoption and deliver measurable value across the bank. This is not a traditional analyst role; a strong consultancy mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Data Governance Specialist or related advisory role.
• Strong business-oriented mindset with a proven ability to connect strategic objectives to practical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Data Lineage, Data Governance, Data Management or Metadata Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different organisational levels.
• Strong consulting and facilitation skills, including workshop leadership and requirements elicitation.
• Experience driving organisational change, adoption and business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling business value propositions.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience creating business-facing documentation, training materials and adoption strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive business adoption and engagement for Rabobank's Enterprise Data Lineage Platform through strong stakeholder management, communication and change leadership.
• Translate business needs into valuable platform capabilities that improve transparency, governance and decision-making.
• Help position and evolve the platform as an innovative product that accelerates time-to-market and creates measurable business value across the organisation.
