Job summary

Xccelerated is looking for a data-driven engineer to join our team in Amsterdam. You’ll help build and industrialize data platforms, enabling scalable ML workflows and real-time analytics. You’ll collaborate with colleagues who are passionate about data and leverage open-source tools to drive impact.

The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on data or software engineering experience and strong knowledge of Spark, Kafka, Airflow and Kubernetes, plus cloud familiarity with Azure, GCP or AWS.

Qualifications

• A technical bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. computer science, informatics, artificial intelligence, software engineering)
• 2-5 years of work experience as a data engineer or software engineer
• Knowledge of open-source technologies like Spark, Kafka, Airflow and Kubernetes
• Preferably experience in one of the major cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Good communication skills
