Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Строить и развивать Python/dltHub конвейеры для BigQuery и интеграций с Salesforce, Stripe, Postgres и т. д.
• Разрабатывать инкрементальную загрузку, схемы и расписания
• Создавать трансформационные модели в SQLMesh
• Разрабатывать чистые dimensional-модели и модели учёта
• Сохранять качество данных и наблюдаемость через freshness checks и мониторинг
• Вести инцидент‑менеджмент для задержанных данных и трассировать проблемы
• Владеть инфраструктурой GCP, Terraform, IAM и деплой‑процессами
• Доставлять наборы к Looker Studio, Google Sheets и CRM, а также reverse ETL в Salesforce
• Определять инженерные стандарты, обзоры изменений и наставлять коллег

Stream provides real-time chat, video, activity feeds, and AI moderation infrastructure for billions of end-users across thousands of applications. Its platform processes billions of API requests per month and supports applications with millions of concurrent users.

Задачи:

Build and evolve Python/dltHub ingestion pipelines into BigQuery, integrating Salesforce, Stripe, Postgres, PostHog, cloud billing, and other GTM systems; Design incremental loading, write dispositions, scheduling, and predictable source onboarding; Build SQLMesh transformation models across the layered architecture; Develop clean and tested dimensional models with clear conventions for grain, naming, and audit; Maintain core business models for revenue waterfall, GTM funnel, marketing attribution, and product usage; Improve data quality and observability through freshness checks, reconciliation tests, and execution monitoring; Lead incident response for stale, incorrect, or late data and trace issues across pipelines, transformations, and upstream systems; Own BigQuery and supporting GCP infrastructure, Terraform, IAM, service accounts, scheduled jobs, and deployment workflows; Deliver trusted datasets to Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and the internal CRM; Run reverse ETL into operational systems such as Salesforce; Define engineering standards and architecture; Review pipeline and model changes; Mentor engineers and analysts contributing to the platform.

• 6+ Years of experience building and operating production data platforms
• Expert SQL and strong Python
• Experience designing incremental, idempotent, well-tested pipelines
• Deep experience with BigQuery or another modern cloud data warehouse
• Experience with modern ELT tooling such as SQLMesh, dbt, dltHub, Fivetran, or Airbyte
• Experience with orchestration and CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Airflow, or equivalent tools
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform
• Strong data modeling skills, including dimensional modeling, warehouse design, testing, and observability
• Track record of technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, and mentoring
• Comfortable owning a platform end to end and working hands-on in a small, fast-moving, unfinished environment

Nice to have:

• Revenue Operations or GTM data experience
• Salesforce and Stripe data modeling
• product analytics platforms such as PostHog
• marketing attribution and funnel analytics
• MRR and expansion/contraction/churn and revenue reconciliation logic
• close collaboration with business stakeholders while maintaining engineering discipline
• deep GCP familiarity including IAM, service accounts, and BigQuery cost optimization
