Qualifications

• Coach teams through change and handle disagreement constructively.
• Have production experience with event-streaming platforms such as Kafka or Redpanda.
• Understand streaming, ETL, and data-warehousing patterns.
• Work comfortably with change-data-capture tooling such as Debezium.
• Have experience in a data environment with millisecond latency or faster.
• Have experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps.
• Nice to have: Terraform, ArgoCD, Kubernetes.
