Job summary

Fitura is seeking a Data Engineer for a market leading client in Schiphol-Rijk. You will build and maintain Python backend services, REST APIs, and data pipelines powering passenger timeslot services and demand-capacity balancing.

You will deploy on Azure, using PostgreSQL and Kubernetes/OpenShift, ensure reliability, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows, and collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Python backend & REST API design experience.
• Solid PostgreSQL and SQL skills.
• Hands-on Azure with container orchestration.
• Fluent English and Dutch communication.
• Experience with CI/CD and production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Python backend services and REST APIs.
