Job summary

Nedstar is seeking a Business Controller to bridge finance and commercial operations in a fast-moving trading environment. You will turn data into insight, support traders and management, and drive performance with AI-powered reporting and models.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, business analysis or business controlling.
• Ability to turn data into insight and insight into action for traders, management and CFO.
• Proactive and hands-on attitude; willing to roll up sleeves and fix things.
• Interest in building and using AI tools to improve reporting and processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, actionable management reports and KPI analyses for the CFO, management team and traders.
• Translate trading data into commercial insights: margins, deal performance, risk exposures and communicate them for action.
• Support planning, forecasting and analysis: budget, rolling forecasts, actuals; build scenario models.
• Collaborate with trading, logistics and finance teams to drive performance and efficiency.
• Proactively identify data quality gaps and improve reporting flows and processes.
