West Coast Supply Group in Leiden is seeking a Medior Business Controller to turn data into actionable insights and support smart decisions across Commercial Divisions and Enabling teams.

You will join the Finance team, report to the Manager Business Control, and help build stronger planning, reporting and business cases while collaborating across functions to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Master of Science in Business Administration.
3-5 years of experience as a business controller.
Experience in logistics/warehouse sector is a plus.
You see the story behind the numbers and tie finance to business impact.

Responsibilities

Turn data into clear reports, insights and practical advice for stakeholders.
Build and improve KPIs and dashboards used by the business.
Lead forecasting, budgeting and business cases with cross-functional teams.
Bridge the gap between finance and the business and translate finance-speak into actionable insights.
Analyze monthly/quarterly results and highlight risks and opportunities.
