Job summary

Wuzzon is seeking an App Growth Consultant to advise clients on growth strategy, drive measurable results, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in Amsterdam. You’ll be supported by a Client Manager and focus on content and impact.

You will develop growth roadmaps, optimize ASO and UA, leverage MMP data, and run retention campaigns, helping brands scale in the Netherlands and beyond.

Qualifications

• You have 2–4+ years in app/mobile marketing from a successful growth role.
• You excel in at least one area (ASO or UA) and can grow in others.
• Excellent Dutch and good English, both spoken and written.
• You are proactive, analytical, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven growth roadmaps with reliable KPIs.
• Optimize ASO: keywords, creatives, reviews, and A/B testing.
• Set up and scale UA campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, TikTok).
• Collect data via AppsFlyer/Adjust and translate insights into actions.
• Lead retention/engagement campaigns (push, in-app, subscriptions).
• Present results to clients as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to new propositions, events, and whitepapers.
