The role focuses on building a scalable governance model, aligning business processes with data capabilities, and driving practical data solutions that create value for the organisation.

Formación

• Experience leading data governance, data management, or domain-driven data initiatives in large organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team focused on domain governance and data management.
• Establish and evolve ways of working that make data easier to govern, trust, and reuse.
• Build understanding, engagement, and adoption through coaching, communication, and storytelling.
• Drive the implementation of a shared domain operating model.
• Create alignment between business processes, data domains, and technology capabilities.
• Help teams solve real business challenges through practical and hands-on data management in close collaboration with our data product teams.
• Continuously simplify and improve how data is managed across IKEA.
• Ensure governance enables business outcomes while supporting quality, compliance, and long-term value.
