Inter IKEA Group is building a new Data Enablement team within Data & Engineering to make data assets easily discoverable, trustworthy and usable for coworkers and AI solutions. You will join a product-focused squad that connects Databricks, Fabric, Collibra, SAP and other enterprise systems to deliver self-service data experiences.

You will design, build and operate APIs and platform services that empower data discovery, governance and metadata-driven decisions across IKEA.

Formación

• Strong experience in software engineering and modern development practices.
• Experience building applications, APIs, microservices or platform capabilities.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Java or Go.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of distributed systems, system integration and scalable software architecture.
• Interest in data platforms, metadata governance and developer experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for building products that enable others to succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and operate software products, services and APIs that enable data discovery and consumption.
• Develop integrations across platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Collibra, SAP, M3 and other enterprise systems.
• Build capabilities that improve metadata visibility, data lineage, self-service access and trusted data consumption.
• Create reusable platform services, automation and engineering tooling that simplify the user experience.
• Contribute to modern engineering practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing and observability.
• Partner closely with Data Engineers, Data Management specialists, architects and platform teams to create integrated solutions.
• Help establish engineering standards, patterns and best practices within the team.
• Continuously improve scalability, reliability, performance and usability across the platform.
