Inter IKEA Group is hiring a Software Engineer Leader for Data Enablement in the Data & Product area. You will design and build software products and APIs that connect data platforms and governance tools, enabling trusted data discovery at scale.

You will work with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Collibra, SAP, and M3, shaping self-service data experiences across IKEA. A strong engineering culture and collaboration across teams are essential.

Formación

• Solid experience in software engineering and modern development practices.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, Java, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience building applications, APIs, integrations, platform services, or developer-facing products.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure and/or AWS.
• Understanding of distributed systems and scalable software design.
• Experience with testing, automation, CI/CD, and observability.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience or interest in data discovery, metadata, governance, or developer experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication across engineering, product and business.
• Curious mindset and passion for usable data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain software products and platform capabilities for data discovery and consumption.
• Develop APIs, services, and integrations connecting Databricks, Fabric, Collibra, SAP, M3, and related systems.
• Build capabilities for metadata management, lineage, governance, discovery, and trusted data access.
• Create reusable software components and automation to improve platform usability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and users to create intuitive data experiences.
• Contribute to engineering standards, DevOps practices, testing, and observability.
• Improve developer experience and self-service capabilities across the data ecosystem.
