Job summary

RLB International is seeking a Cost Manager in Amsterdam to join our Cost Management department. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a chance to work across data centre, commercial, life sciences and industrial sectors as our European business grows.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline.
Experience in Mechanical & Electrical and Cost Management.
CSA Cost Management experience.
Data Centre experience.
Proven technical / project delivery experience.
Experience with consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisations.
Stakeholder management with focus on developing client accounts.
Track record of working with teams and delivering deadlines.

Responsibilities

Cost managers ensure commercial and contractual performance of projects.
Deliver value for money in all circumstances.
Carry out duties efficiently and in line with processes and procedures.
Comply with established commercial, procurement and contractual strategies.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
Involves cost planning, estimating, post contract and procurement duties.
