Job summary

RLB International is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager (12 months FTC) to oversee commercial and contractual aspects of data centre construction and infrastructure programmes in Amsterdam. You will manage pre-award to final accounts, ensure commercial risk is mitigated and ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts across hyperscale projects.

The role requires deep FIDIC knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and collaboration with legal, finance, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Law, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professionally qualified, or actively working towards MCIPS, FIDIC-accredited training, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing and administering FIDIC contracts across the full project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Administer FIDIC contracts in accordance with the specified conditions and project needs.
• Support contracting strategy, pricing model and risk allocation framework aligned with client objectives.
• Draft and manage RFPs/ITTs; oversee bid evaluations and contract award negotiations.
