RLB-Europe in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager (12 months FTC) to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of data centre construction and infrastructure programmes. You will manage the full contract lifecycle, from pre-award strategy and tender documentation to post-award administration and final accounts, ensuring risks are managed and obligations are upheld under FIDIC.

Formación

• Must have degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Professionally qualified or actively pursuing qualification: CIPS MCIPS or FIDIC accreditation, or intent to attain.
• Experience administering FIDIC contracts across full project lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Administer FIDIC contracts per conditions and project-specific terms, with timely notices and approvals.
• Develop contracting strategy, pricing model, and risk allocation aligned with client objectives.
• Draft/manage RFPs/ITTs; lead bid evaluations and contract award negotiations.
• Manage variation/change control, assess time/cost impact, and provide commercial guidance.
• Evaluate and settle contractor claims, including EOT, loss and expense, per contract provisions.
• Maintain robust contract administration records and audit trails.
• Mitigate contractual risks with legal, finance, engineering and project teams.
• Ensure client obligations are met and advise on FIDIC procedures and client requirements.
• Develop KPIs and commercial reporting for performance and risk tracking.
