Data Centre Coordinator – Eemshaven

As a Data Centre Coordinator within the Builds department, you are a key link on the work floor, closely working with the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly and that daily planning is clear.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and support warehouse employees in the data centre builds operation.
• Manage the team on a daily basis, ensuring optimal deployment of people and resources.
• Motivate, guide and coach colleagues, acting as the first point of contact for questions or operational challenges.
• Monitor productivity and progress, identify deviations and take action where necessary.
• Actively participate in the operation, replacing the team leader or other coordinators when needed and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• MBO level of working and thinking with affinity for logistics processes.
• A structured, systematic and accurate way of working.
• Leadership qualities such as taking responsibility, showing initiative and addressing colleagues when needed.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
