Job summary

QTS Realty Trust in the Netherlands is seeking a Critical Operations Manager to lead the Data Center facility strategy, drive continuous improvement, and support electrical, mechanical, fire life safety, and DCIM platforms in a 24/7 environment.

You will oversee teams responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, optimize energy efficiency, develop operating and capital plans, and partner with Development, Sales, Implementation, and Solutions Engineers to deploy and maintain customer

Qualifications

• Five or more years workplace or professional equivalent experience.
• Five or more years people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain maintenance governance to ensure uptime.
• Plan emergency response and incident reporting for facilities.
• Direct operating and capital budgets and cost controls.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of critical systems.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support customer environments.
