Leaseweb in Haarlem is looking for a Datacenter Operations Engineer to join our global cloud platform. In this hands-on role you will deploy, maintain and troubleshoot server hardware across racks and colocation spaces, ensuring high availability for customers.

You will collaborate with the Technical Support team and other Leaseweb datacenters to coordinate projects and resolve issues efficiently. You should have practical experience with Dell/HP/Supermicro hardware, Linux and Windows

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, or Supermicro preferred).
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with server building, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate effectively both internally with different teams and departments as well as with customers.
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
• Driver’s License and eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

This hands-on role focuses on server hardware, installations, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operations for our customers.

You will work closely with the Technical Support team and collaborate with other Leaseweb datacenters.
