You will install, configure, and maintain servers and network gear, perform structured cabling, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure uptime. The role requires 3+ years in data center operations, expert cabling skills, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to lift 50+

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills including Cat6/6a and OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site with on-call rotation and lifting requirements.
• Familiarity with power distribution and UPS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.

About The Role

Compensation & Benefits

€50,000-60,000/year (EUR annual)

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position


• Standard business hours with on-call rotation


• Shift differential for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities
