Job summary

Leaseweb in the Netherlands seeks a Datacenter Operations Engineer for the Haarlem day-team, focusing on hardware, colocation, bare metal and cloud infrastructure.

You will assemble, deliver and maintain datacenter infrastructure, manage hardware and software updates, handle recovery, troubleshooting and testing, and maintain documentation for client and company requirements.

Eligible to work in the Netherlands with a valid driver license; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• You have an IT background and you know how datacenter environments work.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands and you have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain dedicated racks, colocation spaces, and other critical infrastructure.
• Manage hardware and software updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle hardware recovery, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Oversee hardware and spare parts replacements.
• Resolve technical support tickets and collaborate with Level 1 support.
• Maintain detailed documentation based on client and company requirements.
• Support projects related to provisioning new infrastructure.
