You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile environment alongside infrastructure engineers, security specialists, architects, risk professionals, technical leads and Product Owners.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs that support data-driven decision-making.
- Improve data quality, definitions, controls and reporting processes across technical teams.
- Build and maintain data models relating to infrastructure health, security risk and operational performance.
- Analyse complex datasets independently and translate findings into actionable technical and business recommendations.
- Provide reporting and insights relating to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Support audit, governance and risk activities through accurate reporting and evidence gathering.
- Monitor Lifecycle Management (LCM) data, including hardware and software end-of-life and end-of-support risks.
- Analyse vulnerability data, identify trends and support prioritisation of remediation activities.
- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to automate and improve data processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Agile and Scrumban teams.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management or a related field.
- Professional experience as a Data Analyst within an IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or technology environment.
- Strong experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
- Strong dashboarding and data visualisation experience using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with Lifecycle Management / LCM reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Management, vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking.
- Understanding of information security principles, cyber risk management and security controls.
- Experience working within Agile, DevOps and/or Scrumban environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to challenge stakeholders constructively, take ownership and independently drive work forward.
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
Experience with one or more of the following would be advantageous:
- Financial services or another highly regulated environment.
- CMDB and IT asset management platforms.
- Infrastructure monitoring and observability.
- Python or PowerShell.

- Databricks.
- Splunk, Elastic, Dynatrace, Prometheus or Azure Monitor.
What You’ll Bring
You are analytical, proactive and comfortable working with both technical specialists and business stakeholders. You can take complex infrastructure and security data, identify what matters and communicate clear insights that help teams make better decisions.
- You are someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for direction, identifies opportunities for improvement and follows through to tangible results.
