Job summary

Tiqets is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Analytics Team in Amsterdam. You will own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, partnering with engineers to define data requirements, architect core warehousing layers in DBT, and transform complex datasets into high-impact Looker dashboards that drive growth.

You will design data models in DBT, build dashboards in Looker or Tableau, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Commercial teams to measure the right metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience with DBT.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a modern data warehouse (Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks).
• Experience building reports on BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a startup/scale-up environment, work independently, and take ownership of your work.
• Nice to have: e-commerce experience with hypothesis-driven A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models with SQL in DBT.
• Build exploits and dashboards in Looker to enable data questions.
• Deep dive into large datasets to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing, and commercial specialists to measure key metrics.
• Work with analysts to solve data challenges and mentor teammates.
• Educate and empower others to self-serve data needs.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Tiqets data model and reporting framework.
