Job summary

Tiqets International is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own end-to-end analytics, partnering with engineers to define data requirements and transform datasets into Looker dashboards. You will bridge data needs across Product, Developers, and Business teams in a fast-moving environment.

The role emphasizes building scalable data infrastructure, collaborating with Data Engineers and Scientists, and mentoring teammates, while leveraging DBT, SQL, and modern warehouses like

Qualifications

• Technical or mathematical education at a Bachelor's or Master's level.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analyst roles.
• Experience with DBT.
• Strong SQL; Experience with a modern Data Warehouse like Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Experience building reports on BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a startup/scale-up environment, adapt quickly, work independently, and take ownership of your work.
• Nice to have: prior experience in e-commerce with a background in hypothesis-driven A/B Testing.
• Currently based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models with SQL in DBT.
• Build explores and dashboards in Looker/Tableau to enable data-driven questions.
• Deep dive into large datasets to uncover insights and hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Product, Developers, Marketing, and Commercial teams to measure metrics.
• Monitor changing data challenges and work with Analytics/Engineering teams to solve them.
• Educate and empower others to be self-reliant with data needs.
