Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Data Analyst to join the Data Analytics team for Contract Logistics in the Benelux region. You’ll work across Tilburg and Waalwijk sites, partnering with operations, finance, engineering and management to translate questions into data requirements and to visualise results for clients.

You will land data from Oracle into Azure, model it, and build dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or QlikSense.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Logic Apps), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense) and SQL.
• Python and experience with predictive modelling, optimisation, and machine learning; Databricks a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• On-site at Tilburg/Waalwijk four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships across Control Room, Operations, Finance, Engineering and Management to translate questions into clear requirements.
• Deliver well-founded insights via dashboards or datasets.
• Ingest data from Oracle to Azure, model it, and build dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/QlikSense for clients.
• Automate and maintain recurring reporting with Python and Power Query.
• Collaborate using version control and CI/CD in Azure and plan work in sprints.

As we shift from explaining what happened to predicting what comes next, you work end-to-end. You gather requirements from stakeholders in operations, finance, engineering, managementand atour clients. You build the data pipelines, and youare responsible forthevisualisationof that data as well. On top of that, you use machine learning and AI in your analysis. The role therefore combinesparts ofdata engineering, dataanalysisand data science.

Atleast3yearsof experience in asimilarrole

Proven experiencewithAzure Data Services (e.g.Data Factory, Logic Apps),BITooling(e.g. Tableau, PowerBI,QlikSense)andSQL

Python,andexperience or interest inpredictivemodelling,optimization,andmachinelearning. Knowledge ofDatabricksis a plus

Youare on-site atleastfourdaysa week,acrossourTilburgandWaalwijklocations
