Job summary

Alium is seeking a Business Data Manager / Data & AI Business Unit Manager to lead the successful delivery and growth of Data & AI engagements across strategic customers. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of senior business stakeholders, customers and technical teams, guiding delivery programmes and client leadership.

You will collaborate with data, AI and cloud delivery teams, shape propositions, and expand relationships while driving high-quality outcomes and strategic direction for

Qualifications

• Experience leading Data, AI or Technology Consulting engagements.
• Proven ability to manage delivery teams and complex programmes.
• Strong customer-facing and executive stakeholder experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Dutch language proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic customer relationships.
• Own and lead Data & AI delivery programmes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to high-quality standards.
• Act as the senior point of contact for key customers.
• Lead and develop delivery teams across data, AI and cloud.
• Work closely with architects, consultants, engineers and technology leaders.
• Identify and develop opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Support sales, business development and account growth.
• Develop and manage Data & AI propositions and capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery strategies.
• Work closely with Microsoft Azure and modern cloud/data ecosystems.
• Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the wider Data & AI business unit.
