Alpine Hearing Protection in Utrecht is seeking a Data & AI Specialist to turn data from marketplaces, webshop, and marketing into smart products and insights. You will build data‑driven tools, run analyses, and push Gen AI from experiment to production, delivering tangible solutions that drive growth.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, own the KPI framework, and contribute to predictive models, data products, and automation while collaborating with external engineers to connect

Competenze

• At least 3 years of data or software development experience in a professional environment.
• Solid Python skills and production-ready code.
• You have built software products used day-to-day, not just scripts.
• Understanding of data pipelines and data models; able to contribute in dbt and BigQuery.
• Hands-on data science experience with predictive models.
• Experience with Gen AI, LLMs, and automation tools; able to ship production tools.
• Curious, proactive, and able to work across teams.
• Available 32-40 hours per week, with 3 days in the Utrecht office for full-time.
• Excellent command of English.
