Job summary

Alpine Hearing Protection seeks a Data & AI Specialist to turn data from marketplaces, webshop and marketing into actionable insights and intelligent data products. You’ll work with growth teams and engineers, shipping real solutions rather than dashboards.

Expect 32–40 hours per week with 3 days in our Utrecht office for full-time. You’ll use modern BI, Python tools, and AI to drive decisions, with a focus on growth, experimentation, and cross-channel analysis.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of data or software development experience in a professional setting.
• Strong Python production-grade coding and data engineering experience.
• Experience with dbt and BigQuery data modeling.
• Hands-on data science with predictive modeling or forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Insights & analysis: identify patterns and surface opportunities from data.
• Design data products and modern BI tools for interactive exploration and live metrics.
• Develop predictive models and forecasts to guide decisions; perform segmentation analyses.
• Automate repetitive data tasks and build Python-based tools that scale with the business.
• Collaborate with marketplaces, webshop and marketing teams; connect data from Amazon, Shopify and ad platforms.
