• Experience in Data & AI governance and policy implementation.
• Experience leading medium to large projects with end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to align initiatives with business goals and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead data & AI governance initiatives, including data cataloging, lineage and metadata management.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from scoping to handover to BAU.
• Coordinate with Global/Regional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Apply change management methodologies to drive adoption and minimize impact.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to track progress and manage communications.
