Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Sales Trader & Consultant to build a presence across the DACH market, focusing on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will trade environmental commodities such as carbon, renewable energy certificates, and low-carbon gas, while developing long-term commercial relationships with German-speaking clients.

You will work closely with energy companies, project developers and financial institutions to identify opportunities, negotiate deals and grow the business

Qualifications

• Experience in energy, commodities, environmental markets or financial trading.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• German-speaking market knowledge is advantageous.
• Willingness to cold call and win new clients.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Proactively identify and approach new clients, including through cold calling and outbound business development.
• Trade and negotiate environmental commodities, identifying market opportunities and managing commercial risk.
• Develop relationships with energy companies, project developers, financial institutions and other market participants.
• Monitor market, regulatory and pricing developments across the DACH region.
• Work with internal trading, analytical and commercial teams to execute transactions and grow the business.
