Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a D2P Project & Team Lead to oversee the Design-to-Print process for packaging artworks across global brands. You will lead a team of D2P coordinators and coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, and Factories to ensure on-time delivery from concept to print.

Report to Global Design Excellence Manager; drive process excellence and measure performance while balancing workload across Tier 1–3 brands. This role requires 8–10 years in D2P/packaging and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Design-to-Print, packaging production and packaging artwork coordination.
• Proven experience guiding, coaching, and motivating teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects under time pressure.
• Good understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and artwork management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across commercial and technical functions.
• High accuracy in administration with ability to evaluate financial implications of process changes.

As theD2P Project & Team Lead, you will be part of the PMO organization, reporting to the Global Design Excellence Manager. You will be responsible for leading the Design-to-Print (D2P) process for all printed packaging artworks across Tier 1, 2, and 3 brands, ensuring seamless execution from design to final print production.

• Lead and coach a team of D2P coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality packaging artwork across the global and local portfolio.
• Manage the end-to-end D2P process for innovations, brand renovations, and local marketing initiatives, ensuring all milestones are met within the Design-to-Print Management tool.
• Oversee project prioritization and resource allocation within the team to balance workload and ensure on-time delivery of multiple complex projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, R&D, Procurement, and Factories, to align technical requirements with brand strategy.
• Drive process excellence and continuous improvement within the D2P landscape to enhance speed-to-market.
• Monitor and report on project performance, tracking key metrics and the financial impact of process changes to provide transparency to senior leadership.

• Technical Packaging Knowledge:Good understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and artwork management systems.
• Strategic Influencing:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners across commercial and technical functions.
• Analytical and Detail-Oriented:High level of accuracy in administration and the ability to evaluate the financial implications of process adjustments.
