Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Group is looking for a motivated Intern in Digital & Retail to support e-commerce, marketplaces, retail and B2B operations from their Rotterdam location. You will contribute to content creation, campaign support, marketplace onboarding and retail onboarding within a small D2C team.

The internship runs for 5–6 months starting February 2027, typically 40 hours per week, with a monthly internship allowance of €500. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce or related field.
• Strong interest in digital commerce and retail.
• Structured, detail‑oriented and proactive with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Content Support: help create and optimize e-shop content (text and visuals) and manage product data across channels.
• Campaign Management: assist with newsletter setup, execution, and performance tests.
• Marketplace Management: support product assortment expansion on marketplaces and onboarding new channels.
• Operations: assist invoicing processes, update e-shop orders, and support retail onboarding projects.
