Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli zoekt een gemotiveerde stagiair voor het Direct-to-Consumer team in Rotterdam. Je ondersteunt diverse Digital & Retail-activiteiten zoals e-commerce, marktplaatsen en B2B-operaties en draagt direct bij aan de groei van digitale kanalen en Lindt winkels.

Je volgt een bachelor- of masteropleiding en hebt belangstelling voor digitale handel. De stage biedt praktijkervaring in een snelgroeiende D2C-omgeving met een maandelijkse stagevergoeding van €500 en een 40-urige werkweek

Qualifications

• Ingeschreven voor een bachelor- of masteropleiding in Business, Marketing, E-commerce of verwant vakgebied.
• Sterke interesse in digitale handel en retail.
• Structuur, oog voor detail en proactieve houding.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen van contentcreatie en -optimalisatie voor de e-shop.
• Beheer van productdata en naleving van merkrichtlijnen.
• Ondersteunen van campagnevoorbereiding, tests en prestatie.
• Uitbreiden van assortiment op marktplaatsen en onboarding van nieuwe kanalen.
• Ondersteunen van B2B-activiteiten en onboarding van detailhandel.

Within our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team, we are looking for a motivated intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in digital commerce and retail operations.As an intern in the D2C team, you will support key activities across e-commerce, marketplaces, retail and B2B operations, contributing directly to the growth of our digital channels and Lindt brand stores.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will assist the D2C team in the following areas:Content SupportSupport the creation and optimization of e-shop content (text and visuals)Ensure product pages are accurate, engaging and aligned with brand guidelinesProduct data management; ensure completeness and quality of product data across channelsManage and update in-store digital signage contentCampaign ManagementAssist with newsletter setup and executionSupport campaign preparation, testing and performanceMarketplace ManagementSupport the expansion of product assortments on existing marketplaces (e.g. Bol.com & Amazon)Assist in onboarding new marketplace channels and maintaining listingsEnsure product data and availability are correctly managedOperationsProvide support in Business-2-business operations (e.g. assist with invoicing processes and handling orders via the e-shop)Support online staff training (updating content, adding users, tracking progress)Assist in the retail onboarding projectYour Profile- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business,Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.- You have a strong interest in digital commerce and retail.- You are structured, detail-oriented and proactive.- You have strong communication skills.
