Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli – Head Office (Benelux) in Rotterdam is offering an intern position within the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team to gain hands-on experience in digital commerce and retail operations.

You will support the D2C team in e-commerce, marketplaces, retail and B2B activities, contributing to the growth of Lindt’s digital channels and brand stores. The internship runs for 5–6 months from February 2027, typically 40 hours per week, with a €500 monthly internship allowance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related field.
• Strong interest in digital commerce and retail.
• Structured, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and good English.
• Available February 2027 for 5–6 months, preferably 40 hours per week (32 hours can be discussed).

Responsibilities

• Content Support: assist in creating and optimizing e-shop content; ensure pages are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Campaign Management: assist with newsletter setup and execution; support testing and performance.
• Marketplace Management: expand product assortments on Bol.com & Amazon; onboard new channels and maintain listings.
• Operations: support invoicing processes and orders; assist in staff training and retail onboarding projects.
