Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli – Head Office (Benelux) in the Netherlands seeks a motivated D2C intern to gain hands-on experience across e-commerce, marketplaces, retail and B2B operations, helping grow Lindt’s digital channels and brand stores.

You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business, Marketing or a related field, with a strong interest in digital commerce and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. The internship runs from February 2027 for 5–6 months, ideally 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital commerce and retail.
• Structured, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and able to communicate in English.
• Available from February 2027 for 5-6 months, preferably 40 hours per week (32-hour weeks can be discussed).

Responsibilities

• Content Support: create and optimize e-shop content and ensure product data quality.
• Marketplace Management: assist on Bol.com, Amazon and onboarding new channels.
• Operations: support invoicing, orders via e-shop, and staff training.
• Retail onboarding project involvement.
