Job summary

ASML is seeking a D&E Delivery Finance Business Partner who serves as a strategic financial advisor to the D&E Delivery organization, guiding leadership in programs to achieve cost, scope, and timing constraints while enabling efficiency and value realization.

You will lead financial planning, monitor performance and risks, ensure governance, and drive cross-functional alignment with R&D Finance, PMO, and Business Line Finance to deliver integrated plans and performance reports.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Economics (RC preferred).
• 8+ years in a business control environment or similar finance role.
• Experience in (high) tech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice to D&E leadership.
• Support delivery of Program/Product within budget, scope, and timing.
• Drive financial performance on Cost-at-Complete and Cost of Goods.
• Ensure CAPEX/OPEX governance and compliance for relevant Program/Product.
• Lead financial planning (LTFP, TAP, MOR).
• Monitor risks and opportunities.
• Enable cross-functional alignment and one financial voice.

The D&E Delivery Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic financial advisor to the D&E Delivery organization, supporting leadership in program and product areas to ensure delivery within cost, scope, and timing constraints while enabling efficiency and value realization. Key responsibilities include leading financial planning, monitoring performance and risks, ensuring governance compliance, and fostering cross-functional alignment. The role collaborates closely with D&E Delivery leadership, R&D Finance, PMO, and Business Line Finance, delivering integrated financial plans, performance reports, cost forecasts, and efficiency tracking. Success is measured by adherence to financial constraints, impactful decision support, transparency, efficiency realization, and stakeholder satisfaction, requiring strong finance expertise, senior business partnering skills, and an execution-focused mindset

Role and responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice and challenge to D&E leadership
• Support delivery of the Program/Product within budget, scope, and timing
• Drive financial performance on Cost-at-Complete and Cost of Goods
• Ensure CAPEX/OPEX governance and compliance for the relevant Program/Product

Education and experience

• Master’s degree in Business Economics, preferably followed by recognized professional controller qualification (i.e. RC).
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a business control environment.
• Preferably experience in (high) tech environment and proven track record of quickly understanding complex content;
