Job summary

ASML is seeking a Finance Business Partner for D&E Delivery in the Netherlands. The role partners with D&E Delivery leadership, R&D Finance, PMO, and Business Line Finance to deliver integrated financial plans and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Economics, preferably followed by RC.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a business control environment.
• Preferably experience in a high-tech environment with a track record of quickly understanding complex content.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice and challenge to D&E leadership.
• Support delivery of the Program/Product within budget, scope, and timing.
• Drive financial performance on Cost-at-Complete and Cost of Goods.
• Ensure CAPEX/OPEX governance and compliance for the relevant Program/Product.
• Lead financial planning (LTFP, TAP, MOR).
• Monitor risks and opportunities.
• Enable cross-functional alignment and a unified financial voice.
