Nimbl/Nike Apparel in Amsterdam seeks a commercially minded Category Manager Off-Bike to own the Nike-branded off-bike apparel assortment globally. You will define product selection, seasonality, and market demand across cycling and sportswear cultures at our independent bike dealer network.

You will lead from product matrix creation to factory liaison, ensuring quality and timely launches across three streams: pro team gear, fanwear, and core consumer ranges.

Qualifications

• Commercial drive focused on growing off-bike Nike Cycling range.
• Assortment planning and range architecture experience.
• Commitment to Nike standards and premium garment quality.
• Capability to analyze market trends and consumer demand.
• Experience with seasonal launches and product drops.
• Ability to liaison with Nike factories and suppliers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations.
• Basic knowledge of procurement cycles and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Define global off-bike range architecture and product mix.
• Build seasonal launch calendars aligned with cycling seasons.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs in premium wear.
• Maintain drop timelines for WorldTour relevance and retail windows.
• Curate pro team, team merch, and core consumer ranges.
• Interface with Nike factories on specs, prints, and lead times.
• Ensure on-time ordering, production, and delivery milestones.
• Monitor inventory health and binding forecasts to PO creation.
