Job summary

NCC Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager to join our Cyber Services and Capabilities unit. You will link customers, Sales, Consultants, Delivery Teams and Planning to drive smooth onboarding of cybersecurity services and XDR solutions.

As part of the Project Management Team, you will organize stakeholder meetings, track progress and ensure delivery within scope, timeline and budget. Strong Dutch/English communication and a customer‑focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Relevant experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience with planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• An interest in or affinity with cybersecurity and IT services.
• A customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and implementation projects for cybersecurity services including XDR solutions.
• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, kick-offs, progress reviews, and project evaluations.
• Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
• Monitor project plans, timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Support resource planning in collaboration with the planning team.
• Track project activities to ensure delivery within scope, timeline and budget.
• Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Consultancy, Engineering, Security Operations, and external stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate Technical Assessment Services (TAS), including penetration tests.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and administration.

As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Team within our Managed Services Business Unit. You will act as the central link between customers, Sales, Consultants, Delivery Teams, and Planning. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will coordinate and support the implementation of our cybersecurity services, including our Extended Detection & Response (XDR) solutions.
