Job summary

Fox-IT is hiring Service Delivery Managers to manage a client portfolio within the Managed Services division. You will serve as the main point of contact, conducting regular service reviews and exploring opportunities to enhance cybersecurity outcomes for clients across the Netherlands and beyond.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, IT/cybersecurity affinity, and strong relationship skills. Travel to client sites will be expected, with a mix of on-site and flexible remote work in

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships.
Strong focus on increasing service value and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity basics is preferred.
Experience in client-facing roles with formal meetings and escalations.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Excellent Dutch and English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

Be primary contact for assigned clients and drive regular service reviews.
Increase contract value by aligning services with client needs and security outcomes.
Coordinate with account management for opportunities and escalations.
Ensure services are delivered per SLAs and monitor usage/value.
Build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction across the portfolio.
