Fox iT is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Rijswijk to own the customer technical relationship and guide the TAM Score framework. You will translate data into actionable narratives and steer a 12-month technical roadmap aligned with the customer’s needs.

You will engage senior stakeholders, deliver QBRs, and drive proactive improvements, including automation and threat-focused initiatives, to strengthen security posture.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in cybersecurity, IT operations, or managed security services.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders (CISO, Head of IT/Security).
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, threat detection, and incident response.
• Ability to understand end-to-end customer environments (cloud, infra, security stack).
• Experience with security tools (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, DLP, vulnerability management).
• Able to translate security metrics into clear risk-based narratives.
• Proven ability to build and maintain 12-month roadmaps with quarterly focus.
• Experience delivering QBRs to senior audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical relationship: understand the customer environment end-to-end and act as trusted advisor.
• Own the TAM Score narrative and drive a credible 12‑month roadmap.
• Build and maintain the 12-month technical roadmap with quarterly focus areas.
• Deliver the TAM/technical portion of Quarterly Business Reviews to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver reactive technical support via tickets, troubleshooting and investigations.
• Deliver proactive improvements: posture tuning, automation, cost/retention optimisation.
• Own technical deliverables: playbooks, dashboards, analytics, and reports.
• Drive the operational health-check catalogue within scheduled roadmaps.
• Advise on defensive breadth gaps and how NCC services can close them.
• Maintain and refresh the threat overview as the environment evolves.
