Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Veghel, Netherlands, is seeking a CVS Lead (Commissioning, Validation & Start-up) to drive packaging change initiatives. This permanent onsite role focuses on delivering successful asset transfers from Engineering to Operations.

You will lead multiple change projects, coordinate with the Project Operations Pillar, and collaborate with the Value Stream Manager to enable data-driven decisions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in TPM or manufacturing, operations, maintenance, CI, or project lead roles.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs.
• Good understanding of food manufacturing hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead CVS initiatives from early engineering to operational handover.
• Coordinate with Project Operations Pillar and Project Manager.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Manager and provide operational input in reviews.
• Build operational competencies with CVS Manager and manage tool efficiency.
• Plan and manage resources during commissioning, validation, and start-up phases.
• Apply change management and engineering work processes to ensure compliance and safety.
• Occasional weekend/non-day work and travel may be required.
• Travel domestically and internationally for FATs and learning.
