Qualifications

• No prior experience required and no degree required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and guide them through Tangent's services.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with assigned clients.
• Understand client needs and objectives; propose Tangent solutions.
• Demonstrate value through updates, insights, and best practices.
• Drive adoption and engagement through training and proactive communication.
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when needed.
• Support retention and growth by reducing churn and identifying opportunities.
• Collect feedback and share with product and development teams.
• Encourage client advocacy through testimonials, case studies and referrals.
• Monitor client health metrics and prepare regular client reports.
