Job summary

WW Talents in Athens/Thessaloniki seeks Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams on-site. You will provide customer service, after-sales support, and technical assistance across multiple projects, with duties spanning inquiries, claims, and order management.

Candidates must have Dutch C1 and English B2-C1. The role offers a 14-month gross salary package (€1,300–€1,500/month) plus a full relocation package and training. 5-day work week with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300–€1,500 *14-months gross/month +bonus(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (4 weekshotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 2 rotative days off.

Your Responsibilities
