Job summary

You will join YoungCapital in Utrecht as a Customer Service Agent, taking ownership of your growth in a fast-moving tech environment. You will master HubSpot workflows, manage tickets, and analyze customer queries to route issues to the right experts.

Fluency in English is required. You will split time between remote work and two structured office days in Utrecht to learn directly from peers.

Qualifications

• HBO/Bachelor werk-niveau met groeimindset.
• Vloeiend Engels (bedrijfstaal).
• Sterke affiniteit met CRM-systemen, HubSpot is een plus.
• Bereid om twee dagen per week op onze Utrecht-kantoor te werken.

Responsibilities

• Beheers incoming tickets in HubSpot en analyseer klantvragen.
• Routete technische issues naar interne experts en voer tickettriage uit.
• Werk aan het opbouwen van operationele inzichten in SaaS-producten.
• Werk aan kontinuierelijke verbetering van klantprocessen en workflows.

You communicate clearly in English, take initiative when you spot bottlenecks, and combine working remotely with two structured office days in Utrecht to learn directly from your peers.
