Job summary

BAS Holding B.V. in Veghel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle daily contact with international customers regarding importing, exporting, transporting, and shipping vehicles.

From our Veghel HQ you will be the first contact for customers and sales colleagues, informing them about progress and ensuring timely updates. You will coordinate scheduling and act as the link between departments to keep orders moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• German language skills are a strong plus; other languages welcome.
• Strong communication skills, proactive, and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and sales colleagues from different countries about importing, exporting, transporting, and shipping vehicles.
• Proactively inform customers about order progress and ensure they are up to date on status of their purchase.
• Approve vehicles for transport and coordinate scheduling.
• Act as the link between our departments and the customer to keep the process running smoothly.

What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be in daily contact with both small and large customers from different countries. From our headquarters in Veghel, you are the first point of contact for customers and sales colleagues with questions about importing, exporting, transporting, and shipping vehicles.

You proactively approach customers to inform them about the progress of their order and ensure they are always up to date on the status of their purchase. You approve vehicles for transport and coordinate scheduling. You are the link between our various departments and the customer – in short, a highly versatile role!

Your profile

• Completed MBO+ or HBO education;

• HBO working and thinking level;

• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience;

• Knowledge of German is a strong plus – other languages are welcome too;

• Strong communication skills, proactive, and accurate;
