Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Customer QA Manager in the Netherlands. You will partner with QA, R&D, Regulatory, Operations and Sales to ensure customer requirements are translated into practical internal actions and drive continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Food Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3 years minimum experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing QA role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer quality inquiries and issues
• Lead and coordinate complex customer cases and quality requests
• Translate customer quality requirements into internal standards across teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Ensure products meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
• Analyze customer feedback and quality data to identify trends and improvements
• Drive initiatives for quality assurance and innovation based on customer insights
